DogLicenseOnline.com, a subsidiary of PayGOV.US, was created in 2008 to address the need for providing an online licensing solution for Dog owners. PayGOV.US provides electronic payment acceptance online, over the phone, and at the counter solutions for government agencies and utilities in nearly 20 States. After several meetings with progressive York County, Pennsylvania Treasurer, Barbara Bair, PayGOV.US decided to expand their service offering. Mrs. Bair expressed a desire to provide her constituents with greater convenience and access to technology, without financially burdening each taxpayer.
DogLicenseOnline.com contracts with each agency to provide this service for their residents.
